Photogrammetric AnalysisPhotogrammetric analysis is a method of extracting measurements from photographs of accident scenes or vehicles. Often evidence will be captured in photographs but not measured. Through the process of Photogrammetric Analysis, useful measurements could be taken from photographs. For example, the length of a skid mark or the position of a vehicle may be determined. This analysis requires some dimensional information about the objects visible in the photos that are being used for control. Typically a survey of the scene in a set of photographs will establish the critical dimensional control required to extract meaningful measurement results. Accident Site Surveying and Site Situation MapsOn-scene 3-dimensional capture of accident scenes and associated collision evidence such as gouges, skid marks, paint, and vehicle locations. Data can be transformed into a situation map of the scene. Mapping is performed using Leica Geo-Systems laser total station equipment. Inspections of Trucks, Cars, and MotorcyclesDOT style inspections of trucks for determination of Out Of Service criteria. Passenger vehicle inspections for documentation of impact damage, restraint system utilization, and lighting status. Motorcycle inspection and testing available, both Mr. Bracki and Mr. Monick are experienced riders.
